Being in our 9th season of Reflexion, this theme couldn’t be more perfect! We’re on CLOUD 9 - celebrating this milestone and encouraging students to shoot for the moon and land among the stars! The sky is the limit & we can’t wait to watch you shine on stage!

RECITAL FAQS

Transportation and Parking: Since we do not have a parking lot, please consider carpooling, using Uber, or utilizing public transportation to ensure timely arrival. Sunday parking should be manageable, but planning ahead will help avoid any delays.

ENTER THE BUILDING FROM THE 57TH AVENUE ENTRANCE

Dancer Check-in: Please arrive promptly 30 minutes before show time (11am for the 11:30am show & 1:30pm for the 2pm show). Students will then proceed to the cafeteria holding room. Guests should show their ticket and make their way directly to the theatre. Our ushers will guide you to your seats on a first come first serve basis. All guests in your party must be present to be seated in the auditorium. There will be no saving seats for other guests.

Attire and Items: Ensure that your dancer is dressed in their costume and appropriate shoes upon arrival. No other items except additional costumes or a plastic water bottle are permitted at student check-in.

Snacks/Meals: This year, we will not be providing snacks. Please ensure that your student eats a hearty meal before the recital to maintain their energy levels throughout the performance.

Seating and Duration: Please remain seated for the entirety of the show. Early dismissals will not be permitted to ensure the smooth flow of the performance.

Audience Participation: When your child appears on stage, let's shower them with applause and cheers to boost their confidence and excitement. They have all worked so hard!!

Pick-Up Procedure: During pick-up, please have only one parent/guardian line up to collect the student to ensure an orderly dismissal.

DRESS REHEARSAL

In Studio during class time - week of June 10th to June 15th at the studio

Please have your child come to class: in their costume, hair in a low bun (make up and costume tights are not needed at this time) Instead, we recommend they wear a different pair of tights to ensure the durability of the recital tights. This precaution will help prevent any unexpected rips or tears before the actual show.

May 28 Update: Ticket Sales! Ticket sales begin TOMORROW 5/29 at the studio :) Check your email inbox for more information. To accommodate all families, there is a limit of 4 tickets per family. If you require additional tickets, please inform the front desk when purchasing your original 4 tickets. We will let you know by 6/11 if you can purchase additional tickets. Tickets are $16 each and can be paid with credit card or cash

March 11 Update: We have ordered all costumes & some have already come in! We will be charging the remainder of the performance balances to your account today (3/11) & you will be emailed shortly about coming in to try on & pick up your child’s costume(s)! This year we will be having children come in on Tuesdays between 3:30-6pm to try on their costume & sign it out so we are not spending too much of class time to have children try on their costumes.
