What are the dress code requirements?

At Reflexion Dance, we believe that a proper dress code allows for students to focus in the classroom and achieve their goals safely and without distraction.

To find your dance’s dress code sheet, click here and can purchase dancer wear from our online shop here ! Please select the correct class list to ensure you get the proper attire (shoes specifically). We have a variety of dress code options available to chose from (you don’t need to buy them all, of course!)

What are your studio policies?

You can access the policies in the email you received upon registration or read some of them below.

  • Annual registration guarantees each student a minimum of 33 classes and is payable in 10 equal payments. The number of classes offered each month varies based on the day of week, scheduled performances, holidays/ breaks. Monthly payments are not payments for a specific month but are installments towards the annual tuition. Payment is due regardless of attendance - it is your responsibility to be at each class.

  • Tuition will not be prorated due to absences. Make up sessions are allowed - we allow 1 make up per month until March. This allows for classes to run smoothly & students get the most out of each class. Excessive absences & make ups will affect their dance education and progress. Please speak to the front desk or email us to schedule your make up class.

  • All classes (with the exception of caregiver & child classes, ex: Zumbini) are DROP OFFS. No parents or guests permitted to stay in the facility at this time.

  • Monthly installments are due the 1st of each month.  Your credit card will be charged the tuition payment as well as a $10 late fee if payment is not received before the 10th of the month.  

  • All balances must be up to date before a child will be permitted to continue taking class.
